BY-LAW NUMBER 1382 A BY-LAW OF T~[E COUNTY OF w ...... ~oS~'~ FOR THE P~iRPOSE OF APPOINTING A COUNTY ROAD COMMITTEE FOR THE YE-a~$ AS LISTED THEREIN'. WHEEhL%S, subsection 4 of Secbion 11 of the Highway improvement Ach being Chapter. ~6o R. S. 0. 1950, provides bhat a County Council ~La. ll by By-law appoint three or five persons resident of the County of Essex, who need not be members of the Council, who shall constitute a committee for the purpose of direcblng the work to be done on the County Roads System; AND WHEREAS it is necessary to amend paragraphs l, 2, 3, 4, and 5, of the By-law number t ~,41 of the County of Essex and to add paragraph 6 to make such appointments to fill the said committee as follows: 1. That Glen Rogers be appointed and he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Road Committee for the year 1961. 2. That Eugene Whelan be appointed and he is hereby appoin5ed a member of the Essex County Road Committee for the year ].961 and 1962. 3. That Edward Dumouch~lle b~= appointed and he is hereby appoinbed a member of the Essex County Ro~d Committee for the term of three years beginning with January l, 1961. 4. That Aaron Wright be appointed and he is hereby appointed ~ member of the Es~.~ex County Road Commit'bee for the term of four years beginning with January l, 1961. 5. Th~.t~ be ap-pointed and be is here- by appoinbed a member of the Essex County Bo~d Committee for a ~erm of five years begir~ing with January l, 1961. 6. That the Warden o.~ Essex County, by virtue of his office, be a memLer of the Essex County Ro~.d Committee for tL~ year 1961. All oOher By-laws inconsistent to this By-law are hereby repealed. This By-law shall come into force an& ~ake effect as of the 1st day of January, 1961 and upon the approval of the Department of Highway3.
