Local Union 880, as the ex- clusive Bargaining Agency fo~, CHECKERS~ and all employ- ees, save and except~ Foremen, those above the rank of Foremen and Office Staff° The Corporation shall discuss with the Union, through its accredited representatives, all matters and griev- ances whi6h may arise between them during the life of this agreement. The Corporation agrees that all employees in the unit who are members of the Union in g~,d standing as of the date hereof, shall remain members of the Union as a conditlou of continued employment, and any such employ- ee who ceases to be a member of the Union shall: forth- with~ be discharged by the Corporatlou, provided, however, that any emp!oyce wh¢, is not now a member of the Union shall have the privilege of becoming a member, or 'not, as he may decide. All new employees following a probatio~mry period of ~hirty (30) days shall be placed ou the checkoff for the duration of this agreement, the intent befog that the Rand Formula shsll be applied and the Ccrpcratlou agrees to recommend to all new employees that they should Join the Union. The Corpc atiou will advise the Union when any person is employed by the company.
