I t BY -LAW NUMBER 1260 A BY -LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO REPEAL BYLAW NUMBER 1237 OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND TO CONFIRM AN EQUALIZATION OF ASSESSMENTS OF THE DIFFERENT TCWNS, VILLAGES AND TOWNSHIPS OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX FOR THE YEAR 19570 WHEREAS, the council of the Corporation of the County of Essexhave made a valuation of the different Towns, Villages and Townships of the County of Essex for the year 1957. BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex as follows; 1. That the values as set for th in the attached schedule and which forms a part of this by -law, shall be the value of the different, Towns, Villages and Townships in the County of Essex for the year 19579 2. That in case of an appeal from this Equalization, the County Council is willing to have the appeal heard by the County Judge and he be authorized to take into consider- ation the whole question of the Equalization of all the municipalities in the County of Essex. By -Law Number 1237 of the County of Essex passed on the 22nd day of June, 1956, is hereby repealed. Passed in open Council and finally adopted this 0 0 *day of June 1957. I, C. A.
