ESTABLISHED UNDER THE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT ACT AND ON COUNTY BBRIDGES IN THE COUNTY OF E S S E X WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act requires that the total expenditure on county roads and bridges be provided for annually by county by -law and that the by -law be submitted to the Minister of Highways for approval. $..
