<br />A BYLAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO REPEAL BYLAW 1172 OF THE COb~TI OF ESSEX

<br />AND TO CONFIRM AN EQUALIZATION OF ASSESSMENTS OF THE DIFFERENT TOWNS, VILLAGES,
<br />A~D TOWNSHIPS of the COUNTY OF ESSEX FOR THE YEAR 19~
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex have made
<br />
<br />a valuation of the different Towns, villages, and Townships of the County of
<br />
<br />Essex for the year 19~
<br />
<br />BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the hmnicipal council of the Corporation of the
<br />
<br />County of Essex as follews;

<br />1. That the values set forth in the above schedule and which form a part of
<br />this bylaw, shall be the value of the different T~wns, villages, and TOwnships
<br />in the County of Essex for the year 19~
<br />
<br />2. That in the case of an appeal from this Equalization, the County Council is
<br />willing to have the appeal heard by the County Judge and he be authorized to
<br />take into consideration the whole question of the Equalization of all the
<br />Municipalities in the County of Essex&
<br />
<br /> Bylaw number 1172 of the County of Essex, passed the 19th day of June, 1953
<br />is hereby repeal,de
<br /> passed in open Council and finally adopted this ~~ay of June, A.D.1954o
