Di COUNTY OF ESSEX BYLAW X1124 Being a By -law of the County of Essex to authorize the signing of an agreement between the Corporation of the County of Essex and the Corporation of the 'Town of Riverside. Whereas the 'Town of riverside has recently become in- corporated as a separate Municipality and it is necessary to have an agreement between the County of ,Essex and the said Town regarding the costs of the Administration of Justice, and Whereas the Committee was appointed by the said Council of the Town of Riverside to confer with the members of the Committee of the County of Essex to arrive at certain terms of an agreement is now set up in form embodying the matter to by the said Committees. THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That an agreement submitted by the Corporation of the County of Essex on the 7th day of December, 1951, regarding the portioning of costs of the Administration of Justice for the County of Essex. 1. Be and the same is hereby approved. 2. That said agreement be attached to this By -law and become Schedule "A" thereto. 2. That the agreement made in triplicate on the 7th day of December, 1951, between the said Corporation of the County of Essex and the Corporation of the Town of Riverside be approved and the Warden and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign same with the seal of the Corporation and this By -law shall come into force and effect as of December 10th, 1951, subject to the approval of the Department of Municipal Affairs.
