* $I <br />BYLAW NUMBER //,t I <br />A BY -LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF ACRE NTS WITH THE <br />HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER COIDUSSION OF ONTARIO RELETING TO <br />FREQUENCY CONVERSION <br />Passed the day of ,1951. <br />WHEREAS it is necessary to enter into <br />agreements with The Hydro Eledtric Power Commission of Ontario <br />relative to the frequency conversion to 60 cycles of equipment <br />owned by the municipal corporation and in use in various <br />locations throughout the ato county; <br />AND WHEREAS the said Commission requires <br />that a separate agreement be executed for the conversion of <br />equipment in each particular site; <br />THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the <br />Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows - <br />1. That the E and Clerk be and <br />they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreements <br />submitted from time to time by The Hydro Electric Power <br />Commission of Ontario as its frequency conversion work throughout <br />the county progresses, relating to the conversion to 60 cycles of <br />equipment owned and used in the various undertakings of the <br />municipal corporation. <br />2. This by -law shall come into force <br />and take effect on the day of the final passing. <br />
