1 <br />BYLAW N18 69i UU <br />COUNTY OF ESSEX <br />WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Tilbury North did on the <br />2nd day of November, 1916, pass its bylaw number 1066 for the stopping up <br />of that part , the disposing of, or changing the location, at the disposal of <br />the Council, the road known as the sold Lake Shore Road" on Lot 2, in the <br />Broken Front Concession, opposite the property of the J, B. Damphouse Estate and <br />now owned by Mr, Alcide Damphouse of the Township of Tilbury North and for convey* <br />ing the part so stopped up to the owner of the lands on which it fronts in <br />consideration of his conveying lands to establish a new diverted road in lieu <br />thereof and other consideration as therein set forth. <br />AND WHEREAS the said Corporation of the Township of Tilbury North has <br />applied to the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex <br />pursuant to the provisions of Sub - section 6 of Section 469 of the Municipal Act, <br />R,S,O, 1950, Chap, 243 to pass a bylaw conf irming the aforesaid Bylaw of the <br />Township of Tilbury North„ <br />NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF <br />ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: <br />i That Bylaw 1066 of the Corporation of the Township of Tilbury North <br />a certified copy which is hereto attached ,,,bbe and the same is hereby confirmed <br />PASSED AND ENACTED THIS .. :....DAY OF June, 1951& <br />WARDEN <br />I <br />I C.
