BYLAW* NUMBER 1110 <br />COUNTY OF ESSEX. <br />r♦ <br />WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pelee did <br />on the 9th day of April, 1951, pass its bylaw number 664 for the stopping <br />up of that part of the original Lake Shore which lies in front of Lot <br />number 5 ac4ording to registered Plan 228 for the Township of Pelee and <br />as therein particularly described, and for conveying the part so stopped <br />up to the owner of the lands on which it fronts in consideration of his <br />conveying lands to establish a new diverted road in lieu thereof and other <br />consideration as therein set forth. <br />AND WHEREAS the said Corporation of the Township of Pelee has <br />applied to the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex <br />pursuant to the provisions of Sub - section 6 of Section 469 of the <br />Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1950, Chap. 243 to pass a bylaw confirming the afore- <br />said Bylaw of the Township of Pelee. <br />NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE <br />COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
