BY -LAyV NO. 1088 <br />A BY-LAW to establish the High School Area of the Town of <br />Kingsville, and a portion of Gosfield South described in the said by -law. <br />WHEREAS the Council of the County of Essex passed a by -law <br />dissolving a High School Area comprising the Town of Kingsville and a <br />portion of the Township of Gosfield South, and the Town of Harrow and <br />the Township of Colchester South. <br />AND WHEREAS the representative bodies of the Town of Kingsville <br />and the Township of Gosfield South have requested the County Council to <br />establish a High School Area in the Town of Kingsville, which would in- <br />clude the Town of Kingsville and a portion of Gosfield South. <br />AND ViHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of <br />Essex deem it advisable to grant the request of the High School Area <br />Representatives of the Town of Kingsville and a portion of the Township <br />of Gosfield South. <br />NOI,V THEREFORE be it enacted by the Municipal Council of the <br />Corporation of the County of Essex as follows: <br />1. That the High School Area which comprises the Town of <br />Kingsville and a portion of the Township of Gosfield South described <br />as :- All the real property in the Township of Gosfield South, saving <br />and excepting that portion of the Township lying easterly from a line <br />commencing at the southerly limits of the line between lots 8 and 9 in <br />the first concession, eastern division, thence northerly following the <br />said lot line to the third concession road, thence westerly alo #g the <br />said road to the Charles Wigle Sideroad, thence northerly along the <br />said Sideroad to the fourth concession, thence easterly along the said <br />road to the Graham Sideroad, thence northerly along the said sideroad <br />to the Townline between Gosfield North and Gosfield South, in the <br />County of Essex, be and the sair.e is hereby established on and after <br />the first day of Tanuary, 1951. <br />2.
