BY -LKif N0. 634 <br />TOWNSHIP OF PELF <br />A BY-LATff to provide for the stopping up and ijale <br />of Highway being part of the Lake Shore Road in <br />front of Registered Plan No. 1180 and Part of Lot <br />41 according to Registered Plan No. 35 for the <br />Township of Pelee. <br />MAS it is the intention of the Council of the <br />Corporation of the Township of Pelee to stop up and sell the lands <br />comprised in Highway being part of the Lµke Shore Road in front of <br />Registered Plan No. 1180 and in front of Part of Lot 41 according <br />to to Registered Plan No. 35 for the Township of Pelee from the <br />Southerly limit of the La and Wriest Road to a line drawn from a <br />point distant 526 feet measured Northerly in the Westarly limit of <br />the said Lake Shore Road from the Southerly limit of Lot 40 according <br />to RoCisterod Plan No. 35 and thence South Fifty -nine degrees Ten <br />minutes East (S. 59 10' E.) 129' to the Eµsterly limit of the said t• -f "_ <br />Lake Shore Road; which said parts of the said highway to be so stopped <br />up and sold may be described as follows: -- <br />ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of <br />land and premises, situate, lying and being in the <br />Township of Pelee, in the County of Essex and Prov- <br />ince of Ontario, being composed of the Original Luke <br />Shore Road, according to Registered Plan No. 1180 <br />and tho Original Lake Shore Road lying in front of <br />Port of Lot 41 according to Registered Plan No. 35 <br />and which said parcel or tract may be more particul- <br />arly described as follows:- <br />PREMISING the Northerly limit of Registored Plun No. <br />1180 to be on a course of due East and West and rel=• <br />ating all bearings herein thereto; COI&ENCING at an <br />iron bar planted at the intersection of the Northerly <br />limit of said Registered Plan No. 1180 with the uilost- <br />erly limit of the Original Lake Shore Road; THENCE <br />South ten degrees forty -two minutes East (S. 10 42' E.) <br />following the last mdnticned limit,, six hundred and <br />forty -two foot 642 to a bond in said limit; THEN( <br />South thirteen dogroos twelve minutes East (S. 13 <br />12' E.) still following the said Westorly limit of <br />the Lake Shore Road, one thousand hundred and <br />ninety -one feet (1 1 391') to a bend in the said limit; <br />THENCE South twenty -eight degrees twenty minutes East <br />(S. 28 0 20' E.) still following the said 'Westerly <br />limit of the Lake Shore Road, five hundred and thirty- <br />five feat six inches (535' 6 more or less to a point <br />distant five hundred and twenty -six foot (526 moas- <br />urod Northerly in that limit from the southerly limit <br />of Lot 40, a.eeording to Registered Plan No. 35; THENCE <br />2outh fifty -nine degrees ten minutes Ee=st (S. 59 10 <br />one hundred and twenty -nine feet 129 to the Eastorly <br />limit of the said Original Lake Shore Road; THENCE <br />North twonty-oight degrees twenty minutes West (N. 28 <br />20' W*) following the last mentioned limit, six hundred <br />and thirty -seven feet (6370 to a bend in the said limitg <br />THEN CE North thirteen degrees twelve minutes 'West (N. 13 <br />12' W.) one thousand, three hundred and eighty -one feet <br />
