BYLAW NO. 1071 <br />* t* <br />e <br />A BYLAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN <br />ASSISTANT CARETAKER. AT THE COURTHOUSE BUILDINGS. <br />The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts <br />as follows, - <br />1. That .�. .of Sandwich South shall be and he is <br />hereby appointed Assistant Caretaker of the Courthouse Building. <br />2. He shall attend the furnace and keep the offices in the building in <br />'-s im 4 iaag..a. a clean and comfortable condition to the satisfaction of <br />the committee in charge. <br />3. He shall be paid at the rate of ... ... <br />Dollars($..1 " :....) per annum for his services in connection therewith. <br />This bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the first day of <br />December, 1949• <br />All former bylaws inconsistent of this bylaw are hereby repealed. <br />PASSED in open Council this 16th day of December, A.D. 19499 <br />Clerk.
