County INYs xsubJent to the approval of the <br />Minister and at the re lxest of a W XMicipality not separated from the County <br />and %Yh:i.c h farms ;dart of a F1igh School District established by bylaw of the County <br />Council, by bylaw detach the j"uni cipality or any part thereon" from rrach High School <br />District , that such by-law shall not take effect until the first day of January <br />next following the expiration of six nonths after the passing; thereof. -- <br />And Whereas the Council of the Tcnwmahip of ",'ilbury 33ast has, by resolution <br />requested the Council of the County of Kant to rasa a bylaw deleting from the <br />Tilbury high Sahccl District a oertala portion of the Township of Tilbury East now <br />in said Tilbury High School District, <br />�nd whereas it is deemed advisable to _7rsnt the request of they Township of <br />Tilbury East to delete a certain Portion of the Township mm included in thi_ <br />Tilbury High School District and include it in tho Merlin High School District <br />Therefore be ti enacted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the <br />county of Esau as follows; <br />1. That Clause Number 1 Section c, of Bylaw No. 1004 be amended to provide for <br />the deletiem grow the Tilbury Nigh School District of All of the property in the <br />Townships of Tilbury East am included in the Tilbury High Soaool District (which <br />includes all the Town of Tilbury, s portion of Tilbury last, a portion of Tilbury <br />and the whole of the Town*dp of Tilbury West) lying Southeast of a line <br />drawn commencing at a point at the junction of the Ralieghr- Tilbury East Townlins <br />ad the Busse Lim in the 9th Concession and go westerly • A..L wv_ the said Blind Lim <br />to a point between Late 3 & 4, tLence southerly to the County Road between Concessions <br />9 10, thence westerly and southerly to the North Back Line, thence west along said <br />North Hack Situ to the fine fence in Lot 12, Middle North Road, thence southerly aling <br />mime Jim femme to the Middle Road, thence Westerly to the junction of the Sloan <br />Sidaroad and Middle Road, 'thence southerly along said si.deroad between Lots 12 & 13 <br />to the South Back Line, thence across the South Back Line to the road between <br />Concessions 10 & 11, thence along the said sideroad, including Ot Lot 13 and Si Lot <br />in the loth Couceession, to the roads between Lots 15 &, thence easterly alonr <br />the sand sideroad, including the Lot 16, Concession 11, and Sot Lot id, son. <br />11 between Concessions 12 & 13, thence southwesterly to the Romney-Tilbury Bast <br />
