Y • UTAW NO. 10294, A A Bylaw to dissolve and discontinue the High School Area of Kingsville and a portion of Gosfield South described in the said bylaw. Whereas the Council of the County of Essex passed a bylaw establishing a High School district Area comprising the Town of Kingsville and a portion of the Township of Gosfield South. And whereas the High School Area Board of the Town of Kingsville and a por. tion of the Township of Gosfield South has requested the County Council to discontin a the present High School Area in the Town of Kingsville as prov- ided for under Section 6, Subsection 1, of the High Schools Act, R.S.0. to clear the way for the establishment of a new High School Area which would in- elude the Town of Kingsville, a portion of the Township of Goafield South, and Town of Harrow and the Township of Cest&ei Colchester South. And whereas the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex deem it adivsable to grant the request of the High School Area Board of the Town of Kingsville and a portion of the Township of Goafiold ;Bewth. Nw therefore be it enacted by the Vunicipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Bsssx as follows; 1. That the High School Area which comprises the Tam of Kingsville and a pct Lion of Gosfield South described "I All real property in the Township of Goo- field South, saving and excepting that portion of the Township lying easterly tit from a line eouwnciq at the southerly limit of the line between lots 8 and 9 in the first concession, Eastern Division, thence northerly following the said Z lot line to the third concessi thence westerly along the said road to the Charles Wigls Si r then' .Wong the said sideroad tb the Graham Sideroad, thence aloes ideroad to the Townline between G99- field North and Gosfiel South, in the County of 3ssex, be and the same is here- by dissolved and discontimts on and after the 16t day of January, 1949, as provided for in Section 6, Subsection 1, of the High Schools Act, R.S.O. 19130, subject to the establishment of a High School Distict, comprising the Town of Kingsville, a portion of the Township of Goefisld South, Town of Harrow and the Township of Colchester South. 2.
