BY-LAWS OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX 217 By-Law No. 988 A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH THE TOWNSHIP OF TILBURY WEST, A PORTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TILBURY NORTH, AND SUCH PORTIONS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TILBURY EAST, THE TOWNSHIP OF ROMNEY AND THE TOWN OF TILBURY AS MAY BE DESIGNATED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF KENT, AS A NEW HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT. WHEi~EAS Chapter 360, Section 6, S.S. 1, R.S.O., I937, and amend- ments thereto, provide that a County Council may pass a by-law for the establishment of high school districts subject to the approval of the Minister first having been obtained; AND WHEREAS the County Council has received requests from representative bodies from the Townships of Tilbury North and Til- bury West to establish a high school district for the Township of Til- bury West, a portion of the Township of Tilbury North, and such por- tions of the Township of Tilbury East, the Township of Romney and the Town of Tilbury as may be designated and established as a part of the new high school district by the County Council of the Municipal Corporation of the County of Kent; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex deems it advisable to grant the said requests, and whereas the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex has received the approval of the Minister; THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED by the County Council of the Municipal Corporation of the County of Essex as follows:-- 1. That the folio.wing area be and the same is hereby designated and established as a part of the new high school district in the County of Essex and in the County of Kent: (a) All real property in the Township of Tilbury North lying east of the line between lots 9 and 10.
